Not much to report (except that I need to get a scale). Per usual, my diet goals were kept. More of my pants are fitting looser. While 2 of the 3 exercise days were left open, 1 was reasonably kept.
New goals this week:
-Exercise at least 3 hours.
-Drink only 1 Coke.
The rest of the previous weeks' goals remain.
